@newsman, you seem to suffer from some kind of new thread diarrhea... if you really interested in discussing the issues please do it under this topic. I transfered your other questions over here.

Read many moved over to M'sia & live on their Singapore prop rental income.
Only worries is the current Singapore Rental Mkt may dry up in recession.

Only because you voted for the opposition, thereby causing the government to get rid of your money makers. Without FT the rental market in this country is going to go bust. This will make the banks start foreclosures as there is no way that the local are going to pay the asinine rentals being asked. Unfortunately, prior to the GE they (LL's) could up the prices to cover the ridiculous mortgages for the ridiculous prices for these properties. Now? Die-Die! As I said a long time ago, be careful what you wish for.

Questions about do you want to give SG altogether or retain SG citizenship or just buy a house over in JB and commute daily or bring you family and have a lifestyle over in Malaysia or many more....
So.....please help me , I am all ears

I called him out on his first post but he repudiated it (well, if we're not splitting hairs). Anyway, at least we're getting a bigger and better picture now.
