Hi everyone, great forum here.
I'll be going to PAI in Bkk for my nose augmentation and possibly alarplasty as well..
My nose is not really very ugly, but its relatively big as compared to my face, and its the typical Asian button nose, and I've pretty large nostrils also.
I have an appt already in PAI but after reading, im wondering if I should do it because it seems that YOU HAVE TO KEEP DOING IT EVERY 2-3 YEARS?? or worse still lesser than that???
I don't want big changes to my nose, just simply making it smaller if possible, and a lil sharper, but I thought it was a permanent thing! Do EVERY SINGLE ONE OF U who had done rhino must go back and do recon or touchups at one point in time?
