looking for a Research and development job

My girlfriend is looking for a research and development job in the cosmetic industry as a R&D manager or something similar in this field. She currently works for a large cosmetic lab in the US as R&D manager/formulating chemist. Is anyone awhere of anything job openings similar to the field above (cosmetic R&D manager/formulating chemist) in singapore?

Please let me know or point into a direction.

She can always look at 3M, they did have some job opportunities for formulation scientist. Can always try jobstreet and jobsdb, they do have a section under Sciences for cosmetics, food, etc.

At least one REALLY big cosmetics related company has established its presence in SG on R&D ground within last 2 years. If she is in the business she should know what and where to look for - sorry, I can not be here more precise.
A different thing: an R&D manager and formulating chemist sounds in one sentence weird .... it is like she looks for a position of a car mechanic or a boss of the car workshop ... or did you mean a LAB manager?
