I'll help a little here MS,

If you are not a recognised uni from the Philippines, then your chances of getting an s-pass or working permit are next to nothing (if not actually nothing). MOM only grant passes to the ones on the list of universities that are approved - this isn't an official list, but was available on the web with a quick google search - http://www.filmo.com/mom_ep_uni_ph.htm.

To become a dependent of your BF by marriage you will have to be married for a couple of years so the government don't see this as a marriage of convenience, this may mean your husband staying with you in the Philippines for a while first of all.

However, if you want to come here and work, unless it's in a job where you don't have to write, you must really work on your grammar and spelling, it is appalling, it's what I'd expect of a 12 year old school girl on a chat forum, not someone serious about immigrating to a new country as foreign talent!

Good luck.

One addition to Nutnut's excellent post above:
If you marry and eventually (after minimum two years living together abroad) manage to come here as his dependant, your pass will not allow work.
So if you want to work then, you still have to get S-Pass or EP.

Wouldn't wanna rub it in, but from someone who has eeyore n' tigger as signature for forum posts (and with that atrocious typo), I thought she is fresh from high school. And why would anyone want to hire foreign high school graduate here?

This aside. Here are few things.

You have applied trice and got rejected thrice - First strike
The last rejection was due to inconsistent info (very bad) - Second strike
Your school is not in the list - Third strike, and you're out

Sorry, that's too bad. MOM is very particular about quality, consistency and honesty when they vet for candidates.

No luck for you for now. Not even after you marry your Singaporean boyfriend because you'd probably get LTSVP and that does NOT allow you to work.

Now, you never mention which field you are in. Supply and demand comes into play here and if you're not in demand, they won't want you anyway.

Wishing you all the best.
