Tradehub 21 (not too far from IMM) seems to have a number of outlet-style furniture shops? Don't know if they are as good as the ones at IMM though.

Remember too it's also relatively cheap in Singapore to have upholstered furniture made. I've done it a few times, you bring them a photo and you're good to go!

I went down to Suntec Carrefour after work. Was impressed with the sofa fabric range they had. But as to the customise part I still prefer Istill at Park Mall. You get to choose the fabric, length, firmness and also even add height to the base of the sofa. Ivan just informed me they will have new display units this weekend. Will be going to take a look. Update you guys later. Thanks all for the tips.
