My S Pass has expired. How to obtain a STVP?

when you cancel the S Pass, MOM will give 7 to 14 days STVP

you are expected depart Singapore, within the above time frame.

If you are planning on doing a visa run, if you are from the ASEAN or visa waiver country, that MAY backfire.

I want to go back Vietnam but the company has not sent me a STVP yet. I asked them for many times. What should I do now?

Did you and your employer part company on decent terms? If so, go to the office and ask HR to printout the SVP that is given at the time of the online cancellation of the S pass. It will have the exit date already on it.

If you are NOT on friendly terms with your ex employer, I'd go to MOM immediately and explain this to them as you must have that paper in hand because with which you are an illegal alien here.
