PEP(IPA) Processing time Urgent Query

I got my IPA letter of PEP arround 2 months ago now i am using Social Visit Pass to land in SG to process my PEP.

My question is that

1) At SG immigration explains why you are entering on SVP - Do i need to say to process my PEP and show my IPA letter or just say visiting friend.

2) How long MOM take to process my IPA letter to getting my PEP?

And what is your problem in telling them you are here to get you PEP issued ?

FYI, the IPA is issued after 'processing' your info and you are going to only collect it.
