SOLEIL @ Sinaran - D11 Condo -

Hi, I am looking for accomodation in Singapore and have seen the SOLEIL condo which looks amazing, but appears to be empty!

Do you live there? Whats the area like? Are the facilities and apartments finished to a good standard?

I'd appreciate anyone's feedback.

I don't live there, but I saw it when I was looking for a place. I thought it was quite lovely, the finishes were of decent quality, the kitchen was nice, etc. I was looking at the four bedrooms, though, and I thought the living dining room was too small for our stuff, and it wasn't the right location for us. It is definitely worth a look, though. The facilities were nice, and they have a rooftop type garden too. I loved their pool, and they had really nice grounds too.
