part of the justification, from my volunteer group, was, that, the stickers covered the braille lettering in the traffic light, making them useless for blind or partially blind people - if you notice, the newer pedestrian crossings do have the direction also .. a sticker basically makes it useless ..kikeo wrote:I don't get it.
