You're kidding right? Or hadn't you noticed that the world is on the cusp of entering economic depression.

For example maybe you didn't read last week (and if not ask yourself why not) that UBS are laying off 15% of their staff worldwide. When banks are cutting like that, they are not going all-guns on hiring. Make sense?

What nationality are you by the way?

Given the way you come across so far I wouldn't have hired you during my time.

You come over as unfocused and uninformed.

I mean what actually interests you? Stocks, FX or Comms? What are you a natural with?

What kind of company do you want to work for? Where are you from (2nd time!), what did you study?

Right now, you're like a complete flock of seagulls trying to get a 'top 1%' job by casting a net over 100% of the toughest ever market.

And it won't work.

I already did that, but I sold most of the nuts while they were still worth something (the rest are currently at c. 1/10th- of their peak.... sigh!

With the remainder ... .I'm torn between a completely unnecessary penis enlargement, or a mid-life crisis sports car)

Sorry, it was a joke!

Try amfraser, philips securities, kim eng - they do take on junior dealers and have a structured training programme.

Remiser is almost the same as a dealer - except its usually heavily commission and trade based. It's a way to get your foot in the door and learn the systems and lingo, and then you progress from there...

Not necessarily. The training programmes will give you a set of small clients to start with and you work their orders and make a a commission off the trade.

I know most of them are probably quite low paid to start with and may be commission only, but it's an opportunity in the first instance.

In times of depression people gamble, try MBS, they may be looking for dealers!
