I love to cook Italian at home, and am struggling to find San Marzano-certified canned tomatoes here.
I’ve been to grocery stores, organic stores and specialty shops in/around town, and cannot seem to find any that stock these products. The only other option I had would be to buy them online and ship them here… but I’m reluctant to do that, given the relatively high costs involved.
Could anyone tell me where I could get San Marzano canned tomatoes?

You should have stayed home. Did they forget to tell you that you were going to Asia? Oh, by the way, which town in Malaysia were you talking about?

haha... yes, I figured it might be tough to get SM tomatoes here. I'm sure they're available SOMEWHERE.
The place I'm referring to is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I go down to Singapore often too, so if someone can tell me where in KL or Singapore I can find these tomatoes, do let me know.

Have you tried Jason's or Tierney's here in Singapore?
Or, it seems to me there is a little store on Bukit Timah road near the Brown Derby that carries hard to locate western goods but I can't remember the name of it. Maybe this will jog somebody's memory banks on here.
