Well, Now that I stay in Singapore to find a suitable job with SVP / Tourist Pass (Or whatever is named so as folks here enlightened me
with a previous post). And Once I make it my employer applies EP for me. But if takes about a month, and mealwhile in case my visa expires and I may not prefer to extend stay in SG (may be to cut down cost) and I return to India.
Will the employer understand my situation or should I inform them before hand that I must leave country? Is that advisable to stay until I get my EP or to do the other way?

just a wee bit curious : who needs who ? you need the job, or the employer needs you ?

If I am the employer, well, I employ you to start work on the day the pass is approved, not one month later .. unless I have nothing urgent to employ you in the first place
