Taxico, Thanks for your kind understanding. In fact i can also understand how Calvin feels. For me, i i grew up in Singapore, I was educated in Singapore, I worked hard for the company, for myself and of course for my family and the love ones. Im happy and proud to be a new Singaporean, i hope you guys can welcome me or ppl like me with open arms.... cheers !

Can anyone assist? Can the employer convert S Pass to WP? I know provided employee is agreeable to it.
