Hi Buchanan,
your name remind me of the shopping district at Glasgow. If I remembered correctly, Dunno how it looks like now since leaving there more than 5 years ago. Miss the people and weather there..... I'm a Singaporean studying there few years back.
Welcome to Singapore. I'm sure you will get enough sun here 8) .
Regards
Jivin Tan

Thanks for your kind words. Indeed, yes, Buchanan Street is a shopping place in Glasgow. You have "sussed' me out! I have not yet reached the sunny, humid shores in Singapore yet, but I do welcome the sun.
Cheers.
PS: Although you probably know already, the word 'sussed" = "to work out."

I still remember that they were just starting to build the biggest mall at that time (think they named the mall after Buchanan) but did not got the chance to shop as I had graduated by then.
Dun think you can get Haggis (if I still remember the spelling) here....
See you soon...... mate

Better than that, I will bring my plaid - a long piece of cloth that you pleat (crimp, fold) )into a "kilt" and also one that covers your body, you know like in Braveheart!!!!
PS: The "kilt" is infact an English-invention and is the bottom half of the plaid. The kilt is like a mordernisation of the olde to make it quicker and easier to cover yer sel' !!
