The application is still 'PENDING' As for now, I think my case will be viewed after New Year. Should it be any news, then will update & share =) Pray for us! Hehe

I assume they may not have quota this year, and they are holding to utilize next year's quota for you. When did you apply?

I apply my PR at May 11 =) Personally I don't know if there is any quota for this application. Pardon me if I'm ruthless but as what I know is that ICA will use their integrity to acknowledge ones' application. They might view different aspects such as our pay, age, type of working pass, duration of employment & etc. As for my case, my husband is holding only work permit while his salary is equilibrium to ep criteria( as for year 2011 ),but because of his study level is only SPM or same as O' level( that might be a hurdle ) for our application.
My husband is planning to go for part time diploma study while working at this coming January 2012, I hope all things will be going smooth ^^ until then I wish you all a very HAPPY NEW YEAR Y(^_^)Y Will update any news & sharing..
