Quiet day on the board

Tis a quiet day on the board... Thought I'd liven it up a little ...

SMRT attributes the overcrowding on trains to Singapore's rising population.

edit: added "on trains" as it didn't make much sense

Next they'll be reporting that the Orchard/Scotts area keeps flooding because these days it's 100% concreted over, and they didn't retro-upgrade all the downstream drainage.
