Relocating To Singapore With Thai

Post by thehun1314 » Sun, 13 Nov 2011 10:08 am

Hi Folks,

I am currently working in Singapore on a month on month off rotation with an S-Pass. Am not sure how this work as my salary is much higher than what is required for an E-Pass anyways on my time off I have been commuting back in forth to Thailand where my girlfriend whom I have been seeing for 7 years and our child of 5 years. We have decided we would change and are looking in to relocating over to Singapore.

What is the deal with Visas and so forth for a Thai can my girlfriend be a dependant on my S-pass or will we have to get married? If this is the case what would you recommended to get married in Thailand or Singapore?
Also my Child is dual nationally she has both a British & a Thailand passport? Would she be initialed to go to a local school or would she need to be enrolled in an International School at the moment back in Thailand she goes to bilingual school so I’d like to keep her doing the same maybe learn Chinese.

Thanks in advance
