Personal Employment Pass-Local contact to submit application

Hello Friends, I am currently in the USA and interested in submitting my application for Personal Employment Pass (PEP.)

I cannot submit this online since this requires a Sing Pass Login which is not possible to obtain for someone who is Overseas.

I would appreciate if someone local can help me in submitting the application
