Done .. and sent by post the complete information including a copy of the tenancy agreement that our agent decided to decipher as it seemed fit followed by admission of "lack of english"

all of us have been here for a looooong while .. and are not fresh, and not the "CONDO' "EXPAT" types ..
What's a
condo EXPAT type? I found a place with the incentive I was talking about (I think it worked, but I'll never know). But now, I'm wondering about what you said.

Condo expat type colloquially refers top the type of expats who only live in
condos, and frown on HDB dwellers, and have no qualms paying more and more - the type the agents who claim to 'specialise in expat apartment rental' love ..
