Hi All,
Two questions on correct spelling/names in Singapore.
Mum, mom, or mim? Favourite or favorite?
Help would be appreciated.
Nicola

Thanks for the response. But what would be the most suitable option for a native Singaporean?

"In Singlish anything also can lah!"
translates to
"As long as you add lah to the end of every sentence, you can write what- and however you want!"
That's the spirit of the local vernacular.

Mudder.
And favourite is not a Singlish word, too long, don't know. Look forward to other's suggestions

Only if you're French . . . and it would be Dourienne because it/she can be painful to handle, therefore feminine
