This is nothing new is it! IPO's launch shares tend to rise more often than not before they fall! Groupon only floated 5% of its shares outstanding and they surged up to 50% higher than listed . . .
Groupon is making nice profits and fills a niche that is going to be worth hundreds of millions, probably billions.
