1st wave of candidates thru to the 1-1interview is about 15-18 people.

The maths test is a killer in terms of the time given. Fastest 20minutes ever! The trick is not to spend too much time on a stuck question.

I've no idea really. There was this guy, he spoke quite well but did not make it past the presentation round.

Ya my gp too.. There was a gal who was sooo gd but didn't make it past the presentation round.. That's y I m confused wat is it that there r looking at.. Maybe they don't want Olser pple.. Only want young pple

I don't know really. Perhaps, you must not veer too far from the topic given, confidence in delivering, voice projection, posture etc.

I guess maybe if u speak too well, maybe they can see thru whether its really genuine or u r putting up an act. I guess they juz want us to be ourself. As for my group, we started with 9 people for the presentation but only 4 of us got thru it. 5 was eliminated eventho some of them spoke very well.

Speaking well is one thing. Speaking well while engaging the audience is one of the criteria i think.
