Omg just received the call (which i missed last thur)... when i was decided on Silk air. now dilemma again sigh. Anyway, who's going down on sat for contract briefing? And how many days will they give u to think over whether to accept the offer??

Hello Abigal,

I understand you got in to Silkair..Congrats !

If I am in your shoes.. I will choose to work with a Commercial Airline first as their perks ( pay package ) are better than a Budget Airline.
It does not matter which commerical airline and you can gain more experience , skills & etc..

Haha thanks! Yup that was what thought too, work w a more stable and reputable airline to gain exp first then perhaps can go SIA in future:) But I was thinking no harm going down to Scoot's contract briefing just to hear about the pay package:)

Hey Abigal,

My advice...don't waste time with Scoot..I don't mean to be rude.FYI, the package is so so..nothing fantastic yet..They need more time to polish up..

If you are new in the aviation industry, try to stick around with a commerical airline , learn as much as you can too..When there are more openings with the other airlines, it can be easier to apply , better perks and benefits .

Cuz she wanna hear abt the pay package too! Actually cuz she wants to acc me from pioneer all the way to the airport, I can't be asking her to go there and wait for me right? I believe she wanna hear for herself as well. Well can't be blamed, only daughter in a single parent family.x it's like I'm everything to her LOL.
