Nope they won't confirm on the spot, neither will you know. They just said they will notify you within one month's time if you're selected. No one got a confirmation today no worries!

The mathematical logic test is a killer! :(
It killed my chances to the last stage :(((
3 pages within 15mins?...wheres the logic?

Felt sorry for an ex crew friend who has the personality but has not been in touch with school maths for many many years...

How do u know no 1 got confirm on e spot??
I'm fr Jan interview & my batch most of us got confirm on e spot...if they feel u are very good & up to their satisfaction, they will confirmed u on the spot. It's up to individual interviewer.

there are also some hu was not being confirm on e spot cos the interviewer will put them under Kiv , if after that, they met better candidates, they Might change their mind. Tts what I know...

So u went for both silkair & scoot interview in the end? How was it?

I was also from the interview in january, and for the people I spoke to during my time slot, most of them and myself were asked to wait for around two weeks or so, within which an email containing a profile test link would be sent to us.

Only 1 was apparently confirmed on the spot, however to my knowledge, everyone including the 'confirmed' ones still had to go through the profile test, so that is really not considered a guaranteed 'confirmation' in my opinion.

For those that just went for the interview, did they tell you anything about doing a profile test via email or simply just wait to be selected?

I also went for the interview yesterday till the final round. They didnt say anything about profiling test or such. I met up with the others after the interview and all of them actually was asked to wait for round one mth and they'll call. Yea, the math test is crazy! 20 mins for 30 qns! Basically less than a min for each question! Sigh i was lucky i got thru till the end!

Confirmations could have been given on the spot in Jan's interview but its possible that things change with time. Jan's was the first mass recruitment which they were in need of people hence they might have confirmed few on the spot, but April's is the third or forth alr, so they KIV everyone lo. So far, the April's interviewees were all asked to hear from them again within a month's time (no one i know were chosen on the spot), neither did the interviewers mention anything about a profiling test. So i guess just leave it to fate haha.
Oh yup, i went for the Silkair's interview early in the morning haha. Made it thru all the stages luckily, and going down for a final mgmt round on thur. NERVOUS!

I don't know receiving the email to do the profiling test means we got thru the one to one interview?? Then it's like if we pass the profiling test then we are officially in alr I guess?

If there is no email means we are out then? Any deadline for the profiling test?
