I went for the interview on Jan. Here are all the rounds that happened on that day not sure if it'll still remains the same. During registration, some ladies that they feel it's not within the height requirement will be asked out to measure their heights.
Round 1 - English & Maths Test
About 30 ppl will be in the big class, seated on a long table with 4 ppl each side.
English test first follow by Math test (20 mins for each paper for u to complete if i dun rem wrongly)
Round 2- Those selected will be called up & leave the room to another room to be seated with group of 6 in a table. 3 ppl each group to complete a game.
1 of the scoot's staff will also be seated at the table observing every1.
So no matter what, try to be friendly and keep talking to your group members. They will b observing if u r shy in talking with group members so if u kept quiet , most likely will be disqualified.
Round 3-Also another group discussion topic, if a place crash in a forest & you and your friends are only allowed to choose 7 items. Which will you choose? Just discuss & talk with ur team mates. =)
Round 4-Proceed to another room for topic presentation. For those who have previously watch ch 8 or channelnewsasia news might have seen it. In a group of 6, seated 3 ppl facing the other 3, the interviewer will pick a topic from a box randomly and pass it to the first person and she will be given 2 mins to think of what to say.
Once the 1st person starts to stand out to talk for the topic, the interviewer will pass the topic to the second person so it will be fair also. 2 mins of time given.
For presentation, try to talk confidently, eye contacts with your grp members & interviewer & smile...
5th Round - Every1 enter a room with 7 chairs in a circle with 1 of the scoot's staff in every group. I tot it was gg to be another round but the staff just casually chit chat with us, asked us what are we currenly working as. And also asked us to help ourselves with the refreshments like the bananas & water. Initially, i was wondering what is this round gg to be? Then, he said this is not 1 of the round, it's just a chit chat session to help everyone relax & 1 by 1, names will be called to enter a room for a 1 to 1 interview.
Last round, 1 to 1 interview. My interviewer was very nice and i felt quite relax throughout so happened to be lucky to pass.
Gd Luck & All the Best to everyone....I hope my info helps....=D

candiesboy wrote:congrats to all who made through. though i m an ex crew, but i did not pass all round. might be trying one more time. as for stages, i think its diff? my first rd was the pick a qns and talk about it. do you all ask your team mate to ask u qns? when we have nothing to talk about?
