English and Maths test. There are around 30 qns in each test, to be completed in 15-20min.

2nd round- Group Activity
In teams of 3-4 people per group, follow the rules given and complete the activity. Your interaction and speech will be monitored by the assessors.

In teams of 8 per group. Your plane crashed, discuss what you will carry with you while waiting for the rescue team. Your interaction and speech will be monitored by the assessors.

3rd round- Presentation
You are ask to present a topic which you have selected on random. Mine was "your favourite animal", and tell your team mates more about it in 2 mins.

Last round- Management Interview
Final round, meet the interviewers session. Haha. 'Nuff said.

In between each round, some were eliminated. When you are at the final round, around 5hours would have passed.

Then go home and wait for that holy call :D
So for all those who went for the last recruitment, hv u all gotten the call to tell u if u r selected? When will the training start? How long is the training btw. 3mths?

Good to hear from you. Thank you so much for the great tips & I believed this will help everyone to take note of the recruitment round. Cheers

Dear HiLove,
Well I just applied and submitted as per instructed..I have not yet receive a call or an email from the Scoot Team. How about yourself ?
I've not submitted. Was not very sure of the criteria for photos. I was wondering do they want us to" think out of the box" & submit some "unique" photo pose. Lol. Or perhaps it does not really matter actually....?

Hi mehmeh! Don't mind checking with you, have you receive any emails with details of the interview yet? I've received a call from them yesterday and they mentioned they will be emailing me the details.

Haven't receive anything though. :-|

Anyone who have been for the interview can advise me on what to wear for the interview? Have to be very formal?

Hi there, its always good to be well dressed for interviews, be it airline or normal jobs as it will be the first impression you are giving the interviewer. Especially for cabin crew, they have to be well-presented.

I would suggest formal blouse/shirt + formal skirt or formal dress (since Scoot's uniform is going to be a dress). Its always good to put on make-up and have your hair tied up if its long. In a way, you will look neat and fresh. Hope it helps. :)
