No la not yet in. My call is about doing the profile assessment. But now i heard u said like that, i'm so worried too....Haiz....I think i better dun put too high hope if not will get more disappointed..

Btw, they say that the salary will be about 2.4k. This is including flying allowance right? Meaning to say 2.4k will be our gross pay?

But how do they determine our flying allowance when we haven even start flying...

Did they call to inform you or notify you through email?

If it is only basic $2400 and excluded fly hours and allowances . Then I guess the total will be higher than SQ salary . I heard SQ basic only $1300 .

Maybe like the SMRT taxi driver , given a fixed sum salary ? And do the same work :)

i think EP is Emergency Procedure

I gotten call also , but still thinking to take it or not . at my mid twenties , drawing a $2400 gross is really little for me ,,

Ya lor actually the pay is really lil, lesser den my current pay.

And I was thinking for SQ, when the cabin crew are on uniforms, they are not allow to take public transport so can onli take cab.

How about for us? The 2.4k is including of the transport.

Actually i believe no one will take bus or mrt with a luggage.

They call you for sat or tues?

As for SQ it really depends , if you have a turnaround flight . Sometime crew who want save $ will bring their home clothes and take train back . ( Which a lot of silkair crew do it ).

If it is a long flight back , I think mostly are just too tired and rather take a cab . Now SQ transport allowances also cut , as they have already awarded a company to send them back which is cheaper to giving crew $$ to flag their own cab at airport .

i was call for Saturday contract signing :)
