Hey, why would they ask us to complete the online application whereby there's face to face interview? haha.. it's the HR guy who emailed me. In order to try the online assessment, you need the login id for the website..

Hi Stellaljy, Yes, not at the moment. They just literally email me and ask me to do the online assessment.

@kittylim: because usually its something like submit to their online portal first then they will call you for the assessment no? something like this (http://www.flyscoot.com/index.php/en/career) not meh? i was asking which email did you send your resume to before the HR guy sent you the online assessment haha..

Hey, The first time i went for the interview they just called me up and send me email of the date location etc to go down to the hotel for interview whereby there's 4 stages etc. But this time round i submitted my resume again for the 2nd time and the HR guy email me this. I submitted my resume through their website.

Proabaly i guess, i remember the previous time , as i was the first group we are required to do the 3 test. i've managed to pass and went to the group discussion, but all those people who talks and throw in idea that participate got eliminated. Those who stays are those very quiet. so we totally have no idea why we got eliminated.

@kittylim : ahhh i see.. Those who participated actively and tried to talk alot and give alot of ideas were eliminated? Do you think they were over-doing it tryig to be enthusiastic? Its funny cos i thought they would prefer those who talk alot. Haha.

What about your 1-1 interview, what questions did they ask? And the rest of the stages, was it difficult?
