Hi,
My wife is on EP, moved here 3 months back,
The EP Pass says valid for 2 years, does that mean if she changes her employer, she will not have to apply for the new pass through the new employer ?
Thanks

Re: New EP rules
No. The EP is tied to the employer. It entails a visit to the MOM every time it will expire (for renewal), or a change of companies (changing companies).localinsg wrote:Hi,

Moreover, it's the employer who applies for it.
