Motorcycle insurance without EP?

hi,
I wanna get a motorcycle but my EP hasn't come out yet.. So I'm basically on a tourist visa.. there's a scooter I wanna buy but I can't seem to find anyone who can insure me without an EP, so I can't transfer the title..

Anyone know an insurance comany here that'll insure someone with no EP?

How can I keep plants indoors without dirtying the tiled floors? If pots are left on the ground, the soil would usually dirty the tiled floor.

Put them on elevated planters (shelves). Make sure each pot has a dish or tray underneath it.
