Oh, forgot to reply!

They're good. Worth going to. The brisket was a bit dry though, but I think that's intended and just not my personal preference. Still great burgers, better than Fat Boys, Brewwerkz, etc.

They also apparently have a Clementi location now too:

73 Joo Chiat Place Singapore, Singapore, 427790 • Phone: 6345-6914

Blk 106 Clementi Street 12, #01-54/56, 120106 (navigate to Sunset Lane) • Phone: 6872-685

If you say that it is better than Fat Boys, I'm definitely giving this a try. Hmm Clementi branch seems doable from where I live...

It was better. I forgot the exact burger I ordered at both, but they were both their bleu-cheese whatever burgers. I went to Fat Boys the day after I had smokeys, so it was a good comparison, not one tarnished by a fading memory.

I will say that Smokey's burger was about twice as much money, but also twice the size. (~S$23 vs ~S$12) I still think Fat Boys is good, and will probably continue to go there also just because it's a cheaper and less than a 10 minute walk from where I live. I rate it higher than a place like 'Handburger' or 'Mad Jacks'.

The more you mentioned it, the more I want to try. But I may have problems with the portion. Heck I even have problem trying to finish off a Fat Basterd burger at Fat Boys!

good thing I bumped onto this thread - burger and pasta fan here! Will check out Fatboy's and Handburger in the next few weeks,

We go to Bull and Bear at Far East Square for beer and burger. One of the best I have had here in SG. I may have lower standards though :D

sounds like it is worth checking out, will make a stop by one of the outlets next week.

In 'n Out and 5 Guys fan here. Best so far for me is Omakase Burger at The Grandstand. Will try Fatboy's. My "Handburger" fell apart. weird texture but good taste.
