Hello,
I've been in Singapore for exactly 3 years now and so far have not been able to find a good hairdresser, only one that won't spoil my hair, which I already find to be a great achievement. Here is the problem: I have naturally thin, curly hair and the hairdressers I have been to have no clue as to how to cut my hair. What I need is someone who is truly technically competent and at this point I really don't care how much I pay for a good haircut. Any suggestions?
