Need advice: Lawyer who charges after case over.

A former business associate try to sue my company $$ which my company did not receive at all. They had paid directly to supplier overseas and though it is more of a bad score business cum personal attack but since it goes to court, so i got to deal with it. Also, they stole good which i placed in a frd warehouse, though i filed police report but police here kept claiming it is business dispute but isnt it stealing??? I wanted to find a good lawyer that help to fight for justice. not sure i am able to find one here as financially am tight.
