I think that's all inclusive of every expense including special care for the child, auto expenses for the roller, and 20 days/month of Wagyu beef for 2.

I agree. Just because the OP is spending far more than most here.... I don't see that as an issue at all. (Others might, but that's mostly sour grapes.)
I just have a 'thing' about people starting a debate with a question, and then never returning to it.

Of course. Set the ball rolling. Let it develop on it's own. Then report it as a
story... genius, lol
p.s. Almost as creative as reporting (3 - 4 times a week) that Google have a new doodle on their homepage

And before we all pounce on the OP, I think she mentioned that she has a child with special needs .. could be adding to her expenses ..

The initial statement did mention the single biggest outlay was rent, so I think this isn't too relevant in the context if it's the case.
I don't begrudge people spending vast amounts of money that mortals can't afford but don't then complain about it. It's like all the basketball or NFL players reported recently going into bankruptcy, no sympathy.

I think we should invite the OP to our little 'gathering of eagles'. Sounds like she can pay for all the drinks quite easily.

I don't think that I'd return to a thread (or perhaps forum) where I got such response as the first several she got!

She did the same on the only other post she's made, where all she got was 100% pure constructive help.

why small units psf are usually higher than bigger ones?
First post
I guess some real estate agents would find a way to get small ones (usually 400-600 sq ft) in new projects and make them resale after 3 years....
Last post
Large units have the opportunity to enjoy more capital appreciation since the sq ft is bigger. However more input in capital as well. I've heard of...

Higher floors are quieter?

Are higher floor apartments quieter despite facing the roads? ie: 30th, 40th floors?

Definitely think higher floors are louder if you are staying in a unit facing the road. Conversely, if your condo is more secluded, the lower floors...
