POOR SERVICE, SLOW RESPONSE.

I googled and stumbled on the website. I emailed them for a service,
initial reply via email was fast but after that, kept asking them for
quote, smsed them, took very long to reply or call back.

Guess busy but that not very right in customer service. The person who
replied the email should handle properly. With such service, it is a reflection
of what type of afterservice and workmanship.

DO NOT USE THEM SO THEY CAN HAVE TIME TO THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER
SERVICE.

One would have to wonder why you would register on an Expat board JUST to complain about some company?
