Some way to follow a thread or get replies posted by emails

Hi,

Is there some way I can follow a thread or conversation here? Or may be get the replies posted to me via email for the threat I started or I had replied?

1) When you make a post you can tick the box "notify me when a reply is posted" or set it up under your profile that it is always ticked.

2) Click on "follow this thread" link at the bottom of the thread
