Recommendation for a serviced office company

Post by StamfordBridge » Tue, 11 Oct 2011 4:14 pm

Hi,

I'm an expat looking for a serviced office space in a central location for 2 people. I called a Serviced office company today, and when they sensed I was a foreigner, they quoted me $3000 per month. I told them that my budget was about half of that, and surprisingly, they immediately dropped their quote to $1500!

I was a bit put off by their business style. Now this leaves me clueless as to which company to approach or what the true rental value for what I have in mind should be. Of course I know location plays a big part.

Does anyone know a good and straight forward serviced office rental company that I can contact ? And generally, how much should I be looking to pay ?

Thanks

I will give you a 'useful' one, and hope to beat SMS ..

How much can you afford for a month ? 10,000 $, 20,000 $ ? 50,000 ???

SMS is not very far off. The good ones go for that rate, or more, for small serviced offices ..

If you think you are saving cost with Service offices, you are WRONG :) :)

Guys,

I'm searching for a serviced office for a specific reason and not to save costs. I know serviced offices are not cheap and I know what Singapore is like too. Been in this country and in business long enough to figure those two out.

I was just seeking a recommendation IF anyone had one.

Anyway, thanks for the answers...

you can start off with Servcorp, if you are aware of the costs ..

Know a few of my principles, who use them .. and continue to use them ..

You can also look at 312 Henderson #02-01. Very good serviced office at low cost

I have used Servcorp for many years... not the cheapest... but Battery Road offices offer top notch service and a well put together phone system ensures that the phone is answered in the name of your company as you wish it to be answered.
