Education: Masters in Science from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Communication Software and Networks (Passed out in June 2011) & Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from India.
Current Job: Network Engineer in a Financial Institution (MNC)
Salary/Month: $3500
Current Employment Pass: P2
Overall Experience: 9 months in India (in a MNC Company) and 4 months in Singapore (so far)
Overall Stay Period in Singapore: from August 2010 (1 Year and 1 Month so far)
Certifications:
ITILv3F (Information Technology Infrastructure Library v3 Foundation)
CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
BEC (Business English Certificate) : Vantage Level
MCSE: Security (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
ECSA (EC-Council Certified Security Analyst)
CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)
I will get my 6 months Payslip by the end of this year. I am planning to apply in January 2012.
Just wanna stress that I have signed Service Obligation which means I need to work for any Singapore based company for 3 Years. Will that influence my PR application?
I kindly request the forum members to advise on my application.

If you read the other threads, which apparently, you didn't, you'd know that you will be rejected. I also noticed that you ignored the advice people gave you the last you asked about applying for PR.

@nakatago, Please point out the negative things in my application if you have time, and please let me know when would be the best time to apply.
I have heard a lot of people saying NTU Graduates have more chances of becoming a PR

Trust me folks, Masters from NTU / NUS always provides a edge.. Even I agree, I don't stand a chance.. But it is with this belief on the theory, I am applying in Jan..

The only thing he'll be posting is one of two things, a) why haven't I gotten a response? or b) can I appeal even though nothing has changed. I still have a masters.......

That will be March or April of 2013... maybe. If the result comes any sooner, it will probably be a rejection.
