extra skin after facial reduction surgery

hi all,
does anyone get extra skin after facial reduction surgery? I means skin is not as firm as surgery before.

some beauty salon suggest me to have helium laser, TENS (transcutaneous electronic nerve stimulator).........i will become poor after facial reduction surgery, but you know, I can only have 2 weeks holidays, I'm worry about colleague discover....

should I try the treatment??? I really feel head ache

Ok, you're thinking of having way too many procedures all at once and now you're complaining you'll be poor? Moreover, you're still in Hong Kong and is now bugging a Singapore Forum? Something doesn't add up.
