hi all,
anyone who have shorten philtrum (area between nose and mouth) surgery like the link below:

I think long philtrum looks like always unhappy and older, I did research for 2month, many surgeon told me incision cannot be inside my nose. It means scar cannot be same as Rhinoplasty (nose surgery
