counting calories wont make you lose weight. Only eating less and eating properly and exercising will make you lose weight.

You should learn this then. It's the only way to be sure.

An upsize of Burger + fries + carbonated drink is more than 1100 , for Asian women, we need abt 1400 -1500 kal, so we left 400 for the other 2 meals

Going slightly off topic here but I have never seen so many fitness fanatics than I have here

Back to the topic now, as sundaymorningstaple said the best was is eat less and eat properly while having regular exercise.

I tried sliming centre before but the weight bounced back. The theory of maintaining weight is building up ur muscle so that ur body can burn fats urself. I recently followed a program, lost abt 7kgs! Fantastic result coz muscle mass increase!

Don't forget, the following foods have NO calories:

1) Food that you eat off someone elses plate. That is why women always say "no I don't want fries" then eat all of yours.
2) Food that you eat straight from the fridge, without sitting down or using a plate
3) Food that nobody else sees you eat, like cookies late at night watching TV. That include popcorn at the cinema.
4) Any food that people bring back from holidays and leave on the filing cabinet/fridge in the office.
5) Any food that is a gift (see 4 above)
6) Any food with foreign writing on it that you don't know what it is, but you have to try it to see if you like it.
7) Licking the spoon.
8) And of course, Celery. Everybody knows that Celery actually contains *negaitve* calories, and that eating it actually creates a deficit in your body and you will eventually starve to death. So for every piece of celery you eat, you can eat two snickers bars and still not put on weight.

And remember: Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

No need to count calories, just eat healthy and smaller portion size, cut down drastically on simple carbohydrates(sugar) and choose complex foods. Check out www.glycemicindex.com

Portion size is key, a rule of thumb, each meal to be no bigger than the palm of your hand, and make it 6 meals a day if you can, as it will keep the metabolic burning process alive, though you must walk until you sweat for 15 minutes to 30 minutes or do some physical work to kick start the burning process.

My own research proves brown rice vinegar after a meal will optimise the burning process by opening the metabolic pathways with the essential amino acids. :- Though not apple cider vinegar, as it lacks the essential amino acids.

This is a good time to do some testing of my own weight loss program

Most important is to increase your muscle mass in your body coz it will burn fats yourself without counting calories. For those ppl that choose not to eat or replacement meals to loose weight, thier body will reduce muscle to cater their calorie intake because muscle needs high energy. In return, low in muscle, high in body fats resulting rebound in weight when they go back to their regular meals.

Personal experience, using calories to formulate a diet plan is simply frustrating. Probably can hold on to it for a couple of weeks but definitely not feasible for the long run.

Regardless if this is what u need,

There is a free app for this in Android. Not sure abt Apple.

Something about calorie restriction
