Wait until your wife arrives in Singapore before submitting for PR, it maybe difficult to get for your wife at a later date, so better to wait and apply as a family. Thanks ksl.....I am also thinking in that way...have more doubt whether it make difficult to get long term visa for my wife during process of PR application.
