Questions about silk air's final interview

I managed to enter silk air final round and I want to ask if there are any of you out there who could answer a few of my questions.
Firstly what do they do at the final interview?
Secondly why do they advise us not to wear long pants or long dresses?

Silk air cabin crew uniform is a knee length dress. Apart from tattoos, they will want to check for unsightly marks or scars as well.
