Why must you specifically mention the fact that you are "North Indian" and why must you prefer "North Indians"? Dont you think being divisive about pointless regional difference is progressive or essential for Indians as a whole? Do you realize that non-Indians can use our internal differences against us?

To cite myself, I'm Hindu and I feel personally hurt when people of other ethnicities make fun of Sikhs. I make it a point to distance myself from that.

Jay_Bharat, I've edited my post, as I didnt mean to upset anyone. I dont think a post can create a regional divide. If it already exists, this post wont remove it. And talking about other people creating internal differences...hmmm.... I dont really see that happening. This was a simple post citing personal preferences.

As for your comment of non-Indians using our internal differences.. ah.. you are taking this too far. This forum doesn't seem to be a place where people come to find out issues about each other and point them out... or search for posts that dont align with their own ideas and start replying on them.

But having said that.. I think there is no point in waiting for replies on this forum. And why do you have to mention that people make fun of sikhs... I didnt ask or mention this.., dont you think that you are taking this a step ahead.., I had specified my personal choice, and you are now adding details of why the divides exist.. if they do.

Anyway, good luck with your browsing.. and thanks for pointing me out that this forum is probably not the right place for this post.

For anyone who cares to read this in future, please dont reply. Am not using this forum anymore.

Funny .. you started it and now you are whining ..

And the person who responded is NOT THE ONLY PERSON HERE .. there are a dozen and more people, who have more posts, and who are not so picky ..

Makes me question your age mate ..

If you can't stick it in an international forum as this, wonder how you will survive elsewhere ..

Thats right. Life is about sharing, with the right people. Not ones who have nothing to do with the posts and just want to stick their neck in as they need attention.

Bye bye mate.. hope you find your solace somewhere. **smirk**

I thought there was nothing wrong with HS2011's post, in it's original form.

The fact is though that Jay_Bharat, a 20 year old, had just got it in the neck over on another topic, his first one, on his first day. The way I read it he was very worked up, and then went and took it out with a presumptuous and holier-than-thou joust at HS2011.

I think it a shame that HS2011 now thinks this forum is not a place for him.
