Hello from Switzerland

Post by Meisie » Thu, 15 Sep 2011 8:42 pm

Hello all

My husband and I are considering moving to Singapore. This forum looks fantastic and I'll be browsing around to read about life in Singapore.

A little bit about myself:
I'm actually a South African (my husband is too) who has been living in Zurich for the past 10 years. I'm currently a stay-at-home mother with a 17 month old son and a 3 year old daughter.
I have many passions which are too many to list, however, I think it's safe to say that my right brain is definitely more dominant (I'm not sure I even have a left side ).

Anyway, thank you for a great site and I look forward to chatting to you all.

Hi there...

Meisie sounds familiar... I guess you use the same nick on a certain Swiss expat site ;-)

I just moved here last month from Zurich and yes, there are more ex-EF users in Singapore...

PM me if you got any questions.

Chris

Yes, that's me

Well, you know, great minds think alike as they say (well, I like to think we're great anyway. Lol).

Thank you so much for the offer!

As you can see I signed up here in 2009 - and just arrived now... so it took some time to inform myself and make the move. (Some people in CH know me as "Treverus" ;-) )

Hey Treverus, I know you
Yeah, I figure our move will take a year or 2 as well. Let the games begin.
