ya, after i have calculated, expected annual pay next yr (minus the bonus), the new job only offer 4% more than current job (based on previous 3.4% increase in my current monthly pay review next yr)...
but if based on monthly pay, the new job is 13% more than current pay.
current pay got AWS, new one don't have.
