There are so many threads in this forum complaining about real estate agents or slagging them off in some way or other.. let's list down our common grouses about agents in a consolidated thread!
1) They provide sh1t service
2) They do essentially f*ck all other than making a few phone calls and sending out text messages
3) The whole point of their business is to block the free passage of information and to charge fees for access for tenants to home owners and vice versa
4) You or me could easily do what they do, yet we are forced to pay them for their 'services'
5) Upon completion of a lease, agents invariably ignore you and stop answering your queries because they have been paid and you no longer matter to them
Anything else??
