Expat Psychiatrist

I am in need of an Expt Psychiatrist. Can anyone recommend one? I would prefer a western man?

This is actually not for myself and the person I am helping is specially after a western man. Please don't be offended it is not a racial thing. They are already seeing someone and would like a second opinion.

So, a Black American, as long as he give the answer that this person is looking for, is okay then?

Why would I be offended? I'm a White Westerner. I'm not a Shrink though, but I don't think anyone needs to be one to understand that your friend definitely has a problem and definitely needs help! :roll:
