Hi,
i've been living in singapore over a year now. lately, after coming back from home leave, i wasn't been able to fall asleep at night. i used a sleeping pill for a while, with no success, having anxieties and lost faith in myself and my ability to fall asleep ever again.
Looking for a CBT (cognitive behaviour treatment) as I heard this treatment has very good impact on anxiety and Insomnia. I would like him/her to be western due to the cultural differences and since my experinca with local therapist was'nt good - i felt they didn't understand me and only want to give me more pills.
Any recommendations for other treatment in this area are welcomed
