Sq posted that min requirements are needed to apply. This includes educational requirements as well. Does this means that those with DIPLOMA/DEGREE holder are able to serve and provide good customer service with a warm sincere hospitable smile?
And that those with experiences as a cabin crew with other airline before, will not be entertain until they have a diploma/degree?
My humble apologies should my words be a lil intimidating. But i just need sumone to clarify this.
As i strongly believe that the hospitality industry should be coming from within. And not only in papers. Even if you have a master doesnt really mean much if you don't really have that warm service smile to go along.
I understand that this would be the min req but does SQ look into experiences as well?
